Accelerated Mindfulness
™
Awareness opens the way to change.
Mindfulness helps us observe a feeling, thought, belief or physical sensation as it moves through us. Accelerated Mindfulness brings EFT Tapping into that same process. By tapping while remaining mindfully present with what is being experienced, the emotional charge may release more quickly, allowing insight and a different response to emerge naturally.
When the automatic becomes visible, choice becomes possible.

How Patterns Become Automatic
Long before we are able to decide what feels true for us, we absorb messages from our families, relationships, culture, and early experiences. The subconscious mind uses this information to develop protective ways of responding to life.
Early Conditioning
We learn what appears safe, what earns acceptance, what creates conflict, and what we may need to do to feel protected or connected.
Thoughts and Beliefs
These experiences shape beliefs about ourselves, other people, and the world – often before we are old enough to question whether those beliefs are true.
Automatic Responses
When protective responses are repeated, they become familiar habits that influence how we feel, react, make decisions, and relate to others.
Habits shape the reality we experience.
The Turning Point
Awareness Creates Space
Mindfulness is not about controlling our thoughts, emotions, or reactions. It begins by noticing what is happening within us – a feeling, thought, belief, physical sensation, or impulse – without judgment.
Awareness does not demand immediate change. Sometimes noticing is enough to begin loosening a pattern. As the emotional charge releases, a different response may arise naturally – sometimes before we consciously recognize that something within us has shifted.
Becoming Curious
What am I feeling?
What am I believing in this moment?
Does this still feel true for me?
What response would feel more authentic?
MEETING WHAT ARISES WITH COMPASSION
When a thought, feeling or reaction feels unwanted, our instinct may be to resist it, push it away or judge ourselves for having it. Another possibility is to recognize the part of us that is reacting, accept that it is present and meet it with compassion.
This does not mean agreeing with every thought or allowing a reaction to direct our choices. It means offering understanding instead of resistance. As the part of us seeking attention begins to feel heard and accepted, the inner struggle may soften – and even persistent mental chatter can begin to grow quieter.
How Accelerated Mindfulness Works
Accelerated Mindfulness brings focused mindful awareness together with EFT Tapping. Rather than trying to control a reaction or think our way out of it, we give gentle attention to what is actually being experienced and allow the process to unfold.
Notice What Is Present
Mindfulness helps us recognize the feeling, thought, physical sensation, belief, or impulse that is present in this moment.
Tap and Follow What Emerges
While tapping on acupressure points, we stay with what is present and notice the feelings, memories, sensations, words, or beliefs that may begin to emerge.
Allow Release and Insight
We do not force an outcome. As emotional charge releases, an experience may feel less intense, new understanding may arise, and choices that once felt unavailable can become possible.
Mindfulness makes the experience visible. Tapping helps the emotional charge release.
Truth without judgment. Directness with compassion. Release without force.
“The old me would have…”
But this time, something different happened.
The Shift Becomes Visible
When Change Becomes Lived
“The old me would have…” is often how change first becomes visible. A familiar trigger occurs, but the familiar reaction does not.
The client may only recognize afterward that they responded differently – naturally, without having to force or consciously manage the change.
As the emotional charge connected to an old pattern is released, the response that once felt automatic may no longer be needed. Change has become integrated enough to be lived before it is fully noticed.
The trigger may be familiar, but the response no longer has to be.
Awareness Heals in Layers
Change does not always arrive as one complete realization. We may first become aware of an automatic reaction and discover that we can respond differently.
Once that response shifts, a deeper question may become available: Why was the anger rising? What feeling, belief, memory, or protective pattern was beneath it?
Each layer becomes visible in its own time. We meet what emerges with curiosity, tap with what is present, and allow release and new understanding to unfold at a pace that honors where you are.
Each layer of awareness creates space for what comes next.
A Personalized Process
Your Experience Leads the Way
Accelerated Mindfulness is responsive rather than formulaic. We begin with what you are experiencing now and allow the process to follow what emerges, at a pace that respects where you are.
Your Pace
You choose what feels appropriate to explore. You may pause, slow down, change direction, or decide not to continue with something at any time.
Your Language
You will not be expected to repeat words that do not feel true. The language we use can be changed until it reflects your own experience.
Your Meaning
Insights are not imposed from outside. Spiritual exploration is included only when it feels appropriate and meaningful to you.
The process follows what feels true for you.
Begin With What Is Present
You do not need to understand why a feeling, reaction, or pattern is happening before we begin. We can start with what you are experiencing now and allow deeper understanding to emerge in its own time.
A consultation gives us an opportunity to talk about what you are noticing, what you would like to experience differently, and whether Accelerated Mindfulness feels right for you.
All sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to receive support from the privacy and comfort of your own space.
